Prior to joining Burness, Britneé worked as a Digital Growth Producer with McClatchy, where she trained reporters on SEO, analytics, social media and headlines. She also created digital strategies for high-impact projects across 10 newsrooms. Before joining McClatchy, she worked as a TV reporter, covering both news and sports.
Britneé earned her B.S. from the University of Florida in Broadcast Journalism, and her M.A. from Liberty University in Strategic Communication.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Britneé enjoys watching Miami Heat games, working out, cooking, and spending time with her family.
She’s a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, as well as the National Association of Black Journalists.
