Justice joined Burness in August 2023 as a Communications Associate. He provides media, content development and strategic communications support to a variety of health equity, environmental and advocacy projects.
Prior to joining Burness, Justice worked as the director of communications for COLAGE, a non-profit organization that does social and transformative justice, race and anti-racism training, youth advocacy training, and emotional support for people with one or more LGBTQIA+ parent, guardian or caregiver. Prior to working at COLAGE, he worked as a recruitment specialist at Howard University, where he planned info sessions, workshops, and career fairs and tracked student engagement for all undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Justice has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Howard University and is currently getting his master’s in strategic public relations at George Washington University. Outside of work, Justice loves to eat (he is an avid foodie), work out, watch crime shows and action movies, dance, swim, travel, and hang out with family and friends.
