Eloni joined Burness in July 2020. She provides communications support for a variety of health-focused projects, including the International Partnership for Microbicides, TB Alliance, Population Services International, Duke Global Health Innovation Center, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Pioneering Ideas portfolio. 

Eloni graduated from Northeastern University with a BA in communications studies and minors in international affairs and African and African-American studies. In her college career, Eloni was deeply involved in public health research, serving as a research assistant for NIH- and CDC-funded projects. 

Prior to joining Burness, Eloni served as a social media and public relations associate for Frisby & Associates and as an intern for the United Nations Foundation.
